For any team serious about winning for the upcoming year, they don't want a mob (see below) like that following their every move. They don't want reporters asking his new team mates the same Mike Vick questions every day. In my opinion, he's a huge distraction and we still don't know IF he can play or WHEN he can play.

Vick Team
The Carolina Panthers would make a lot of sense for Mr. Vick. Actually, tons of teams could make sense for him. Panthers, Ravens, and Steelers in my opinion could make room for Vick.
